Catherine "Cathy" Venditti is a Residential Advisor at Advisors Living servicing the greater Boston area.

Cathy brings 24 years of expertise to both sellers and buyers in luxury sales and relocation alike. Cathy guides her clients through every detail of the process and prides herself on the relationships she has built over the years. Her exceptional communication and honest approach has brought back some customers with as many as 8 transactions! Cathy adds a personal touch and impeccable service meeting her clients’ needs throughout the sales cycle. Cathy has also built positive relationships within the realtor community which aids in smooth transactions.

Cathy and her husband of 39 years are lifelong residents of Newtonville. Cathy has two sons and a red fox labrador and enjoys entertaining, cooking, traveling to Italy, and Boston sports.
